Stephanie L. Shack negotiated and closed 99 percent of the transactions made by Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) in 2016, which totaled $344 million in sales of land and operating properties.

Shack helped lead the drive at COPT to assist children in a Columbia elementary school through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake program.

Shack is board member for Habitat for Humanity for the Chesapeake.
