Jaime serves as EVP of Best Companies Group and Color Magazine. Prior to BridgeTower, he served as Senior Vice President of Customer & People Success at HIVE Diversity, a virtual recruiting platform that connects companies with employees of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Before that, he was a Regional Leader of LinkedIn’s customer success team, helping to manage the company’s relationships with large global enterprises. He began his career in HR Tech at Great Place to Work, and served in several leadership roles, including Vice President of Partnership Programs.
Jaime earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of California, and his MBA from The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He lives with his wife and son in the Bay Area.

Melissa has 25+ years’ experience at KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc., and serves as an owner, EVP, and CFO. Melissa received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to overseeing financial strategy, Melissa leads the HR Department, ensuring that KCW’s core company culture values are reflected in the TEAMKCW experience.
As a leader, Melissa prioritizes staying on the forefront of what it means to be an “employee centered” company. Post-pandemic, Melissa led and sustained a 51% growth in staff during the largest shift in work culture history. In response to this shift Melissa rolled out a robust employee wellness program; providing paid counseling for mental health and money management and launched The KCW Wellness Room – a place for privacy, meditation, massages, and physical fitness. To preserve teamwork in the new hybrid workplace she spearheaded Virtual KCW Townhall meetings and The Weekly KCW Wire publication that included videos from herself and the CEO. Melissa and her team carried these new efforts out while continuing core company favorites; employee appreciation day, Chili-Contest, House of Ruth Maryland Cookout fundraisers, and the KCW Girls STEM Program.
Melissa serves on the board at House of Ruth Maryland (HRM) and is an advocate for women and children affected by Domestic violence, using this platform to provide ways for the team to be advocates and serve the community together.
Panels spoken on include NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and the Enterprising Women of The Year Panel. Awards include: NAWBOS Top 10 List for “Women Business Owner of The Year”, Enterprising Women Magazine’s “Enterprising Women of the Year, The Center Clubs “Trailblazer in Financial Services” award, The Daily Records Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2019, 2021 and Circle of Excellence in 2023.
