Sharon Kroupa has been practicing law for over 30 years as in-house counsel for publicly traded companies as well as in large private law firms.

The Boston College Law School graduate has worked at Venable LLP since 2003. She also serves on the firm’s board of directors.

Kroupa donates her time to a number of volunteer organizations, serving on the boards of the Maryland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Baltimore Urban Debate League and Catch a Lift.
