Sara H. Arthur has been practicing law for more than 30 years, the last nine with her eponymous law firm, which focuses on representing condominium and homeowners’ associations throughout Maryland.

Arthur has been counsel for the Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County since 2007, after previously holding the position from 1997 through 2002. As of June, will be president-elect of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Arthur has also served as a judge for the statewide high school mock trial competition since 2003.
