Veterans honored at War Memorial Plaza

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown hosted a ceremony and parade at the city's War Memorial Plaza Friday. The ceremony included a citywide moment of silence and ringing of the bells to mark the 11th hour of the 11th day on the 11th month, on Nov. 11, 1918, when the world agreed that World War I must be the war to end all wars.
