Change of plans: Haddon heading to Rutgers

Phoebe A. Haddon, who steps down in June as dean of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, has been named the new chancellor of Rutgers University-Camden. Haddon will begin her new role at the southern New Jersey campus July 1.
