SC&H relocates headquarters within Baltimore County

After nearly two decades in Sparks, SC&H – a global consulting and financial services firm – has relocated its headquarters to nearby Hunt Valley, the company announced Tuesday.

According to a release, the move represents an investment in a “modern workspace that continues to drive the firm’s expansion and reinforces its operations in the Baltimore region.”

Located at 226 Schilling Circle, Suite 300, the new headquarters building sits within Hunt Valley’s business district and features roughly 20,000 square feet of workspace designed for collaboration and client engagement, according to SC&H. 

The office also includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a cafe and expanded conference and breakout spaces, a company release says. 

“After 19 years in Sparks, we needed a headquarters built for how we work today and where we’re headed tomorrow,” SC&H CEO Pritpal Kalsi said. 

“This move strengthens our presence in the region while giving our colleagues the space and tools they need to collaborate and serve clients well. We’re building a firm that works for our people, and this headquarters reflects that commitment.”

For the office’s design and construction efforts, SC&H partnered with Merritt Properties and NFD interior planning + design. The headquarters relocation follows SC&H’s expansion into Chicago and Philadelphia and the opening of an international office in Gurugram, India. 

The company said it’s also experiencing continued growth in Howard County and Tysons, Va. 

“We’re deepening our roots in the Baltimore-Washington corridor while expanding globally,” Kalsi added.

“This headquarters gives us the foundation we need to keep growing while staying true to who we are and where we came from.”
