Since January 2021, Ventura has served as a board member of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America), advancing to executive vice president of corporate development in January 2022. His community involvement includes coaching young athletes at Pipeline soccer academy, where he mentors youth both on and off the field, instilling values of teamwork, discipline and perseverance.
Ventura’s leadership philosophy centers on operational excellence, relationship building and understanding people to drive meaningful impact. He cultivates strong relationships with corporate partners for workforce development strategy and serves as a career strategist for clients, building and empowering diverse teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet both client objectives and individual career goals.
