Klein Enterprises, a Baltimore-area commercial real estate firm, announced the transformation of Yorktowne Plaza, a shopping and dining destination in the small community of Cockeysville in northern Baltimore County.
According to Klein, which acquired the shopping plaza in 2022, the reimagined retail complex “has emerged as a modern, energetic hub with new tenants, upgraded amenities, and a leading-edge design.”
Klein said it invested approximately $15 million toward redevelopment of the Yorktowne Plaza property, with expected improvements including a full façade renovation, a newly constructed multi-tenant building fronting York Road, a redesigned layout, an upgraded parking lot, and additional amenities like more than a dozen Tesla Supercharger stations.
