Gonzalez earned her Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2025.
“Earning my CPA license and pursuing my master’s degree at Kellogg are my most significant accomplishments,” Gonzalez said. “Both represent years of dedication, resilience and personal growth — and have equipped me to lead with both technical expertise and strategic insight.”
At her previous organization, she mentored a part-time employee and continued supporting him even after both left the company. They stayed in touch, and she provided career guidance while helping him identify areas for improvement and professional development, finding it rewarding to see his growth and continued progress beyond their time at the organization.
Her community involvement includes serving as a Common Fund Board Member at National Community Church since 2020, where she meets weekly to review community needs and help disburse funds to individuals and families in crisis. This service reflects her broader commitment to inspiring change by building inclusive teams, mentoring emerging talent and challenging the status quo. Whether streamlining financial systems or helping others navigate their career paths, she leads with purpose and empathy.
