Carter Solutions specializes in transforming brands into immersive experiences through storytelling, strategic marketing and high-impact activations that resonate deeply with audiences. The agency curates moments, movements and meaningful connections that leave lasting impressions for clients.
Carter earned a bachelor’s degree from Claflin University. Her career progression includes roles as events manager at Friendship Public Charter School and director of marketing at the DC Office on Aging before founding her current company.

Carter holds membership in The BOW Collective Top 1% Black Women in Business and serves on the board of The Williams Foundation. Her awards include The BOW Collective New Member designation, The BOW Collective 2025 Growth Honoree, The BOW Collective 2024 Advocate of the Year and recognition among US Black Chambers’ top 30 under 30.
Carter demonstrates commitment to mentoring through work with historicaly black college and university students studying marketing and design, leading a six-week intensive on brand storytelling and digital strategy. She guides emerging professionals through real client briefs, offering feedback and exposing them to the business side of the creative industry.

Carter’s community engagement extends beyond her agency through the Br8king Bread event series and hands-on mentorship programs designed to create access points that shift narratives, close equity gaps and build bridges between brands and the communities they serve.
