The Peninsula development team announced the opening of Ben & Jerry’s at Baltimore Peninsula.

“Ben & Jerry’s is a delightful addition to the burgeoning food district we’re building here at Baltimore Peninsula; ice cream is the perfect treat to enjoy while strolling along our waterfront with friends and family,” said MaryAnne Gilmartin, Founder and CEO of MAG Partners. “We’re committed to creating a diverse and dynamic neighborhood that offers something for everyone, and this socially impactful, locally-owned franchise will be a meaningful (and delicious) part of our neighborhood.”

Founded in 1978 in Burlington, Vermont, Ben & Jerry’s offers a wide variety of original ice cream and non-dairy products, in addition to ice cream cakes, sundaes, shakes, Cookie Dough Chunks and Doggie Desserts.

“We’re thrilled to bring the joy of Ben & Jerry’s to Baltimore Peninsula,” said Jason & Jerry Bhuller at Ben & Jerry’s. “Everyone deserves to experience the magic of our ice cream, and we couldn’t be more excited to be opening Baltimore’s first franchised location in such a special community. We look forward to serving up scoops for our neighbors!”

Ben & Jerry’s is the latest in a string of openings at Baltimore Peninsula, including Jersey Mike’s, Pinky Cole’s Slutty Vegan and Bar Vegan, Rye Street Tavern by Clyde’s Restaurant Group and Vessel and Little Wing at ROOST Baltimore by Method Co. Baltimore Peninsula looks forward to welcoming Jamaican restaurant concept Blü Cā, Slurp Noodle Bar, Urbano Tex-Mex, Baltimore coffee shop Daily Grind and more.
