
“I am keenly aware that my primary responsibility is to help others achieve success,” he said. “I try to use humor, curiosity, and persistence to help harness collective team strengths. My goal is to find authentic connections at a human level. I believe successes are outcomes of meaningful journeys — my role is to focus on what makes a journey important and rewarding for each one of us.”
Being intentional about his actions is at the core of Kalsi’s approach to leadership and life. He believes finding inner peace is what makes life meaningful, even in the mundane of the day-to-day.
“If unchecked, most of our life’s routine can be exhausting and take away the precious resource of intentional thought and action,” Kalsi said. “I respect that I don’t control everything, but my priorities are health, family, and being a positive force in the lives of others. I often remind myself that every journey comes with highs and lows. The focus should be on enjoying the highs and riding out the lows without ever losing what is important to our core. In short – be genuine, be present, and be relentlessly persistent towards your life’s goals.”
