
His company has grown dramatically, but, he said, the core purpose has remained the same: To leave things better than they found them.
“That way we can make a positive impact on our customers, our communities and on the world,” he noted.
Asked what times in his life tested his mettle, Dzirasa cited having a son at 21 while still in undergraduate school.
“I feared my life was over,” he recalled. “But with the support of a strong village and system, I stayed in college and graduated, positioning myself for future success.”
Dzirasa said he is proud that his team builds “amazing technology” for its customers. But his proudest moment, he said, came when he was speaking at an event and someone stood up and mentioned a company, Excel, that was supporting and mentoring her company. Excel, Dzirasa noted, had come through Fearless’ incubator program, and hearing that a company that the company he helped was helping another company “was extremely touching.
“That’s what this is all about,” Dzirasa said. “It’s not just about the growth of Fearless or my business, vision, and dream, but the fact that all of us were able to take a moment to support someone else coming up behind us.”
