Bill Seufert has served as executive vice president of realty operations at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty since May 2019. He previously worked as Maryland regional vice president for the company.
According to the company website, Seufert serves in his role for 10 of the company’s offices in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Seufert provides a no-nonsense style of management and uses his years of real estate sales experience to drive the success of his agents. He leads his group by providing strategic, upfront coaching customized for each agent. His goal is to support them in their professional growth by providing the right guidance to close more sales, establish a greater relevance in the real estate market and expanding their sphere of influence.
The Realtor attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to study aeronautical science. His first notable jobs out of school were as project manager and field supervisor for Good News Electric.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Seufert was a project manager for a large construction company in the Baltimore area. He made the transition to real estate in 2004 because it offered him the opportunity to make an income directly reflective of the effort he put forth. Seufert established his business in York County and years later accepted the managing position in the Lancaster County market.
