What do you think is the number one challenge working women face?

The number one challenge that working women face is gender inequality. As a result, limited career opportunities, pay disparities and a lack of representation in leadership roles are challenges. Depending on their identities, women could experience additional challenges, such as racism and other societal challenges.

How would you say you inspired change in your organization or the community as an up-and-coming leader?

As a compassionate and integrity-driven leader, I prioritize empowering individuals to reach their full potential and fostering positive societal change. I approach conflict as an opportunity for meaningful conversation, seeking common ground and understanding.

I purposefully cultivate positive connections to uplift and inspire others. Above all, I strive to create an inclusive environment that promotes personal growth and encourages civil discourse.
