His management of the Baltimore-based firm’s critical operations includes collaboration with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the firm’s strategic direction.
Hightower’s experience includes advanced general, financial, facilities, human resources and marketing management skills. He earned his master’s in business administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He holds many certifications as a Certified Legal Manager and Senior Professional in Human Resources.
The Daily Record has previously honored Hightower as an “Unsung Legal Hero.” He frequently serves as a guest speaker on the topic of law firm management. The International Association of Legal Administrators also recognized him with the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award.
