Young Black leaders explore structural racism, leadership, Baltimore’s challenges
“We are doing things that just don’t make sense.”
Those were the words of Monica Mitchell, a banking executive and one of the four panelists on The Daily Record’s July 8 webinar, “Young, Black, Homegrown and Leading in Baltimore.”
The four are all native Baltimoreans, and their insights led to a provocative hour-long discussion on structural racism, Baltimore’s challenges and the path to a better future.
