Jessica Watson, who founded Points North Design Studio in 2010, said her success stems from her willingness to think big and take risks.

“I am devoted to challenging what we think is possible and how we impact our world, so I am willing to say yes and take the risk to see something all the way through,” Watson said.

Points North helps businesses launch, build or refresh their brands through web design and marketing.

Watson and Points North are also active in the Baltimore community, participating in the Have a Nice Day Project, which donates coffee cup sleeves with positive messages to Baltimore cafes, 28 Days of Kindness, a global good deeds campaign, and Shine Your Light which sells T-shirts to benefit Community Law in Action.

“My most significant professional accomplishment has been my ability to cultivate a network of good people both locally, nationally and internationally, where I can foster meaningful connections that lead to new community projects, business relationships and exciting ideas that move us forward,” she said.

Watson has received numerous awards and honors and was featured on a news program on WBAL in 2018.
