Cushman & Wakefield leasing at ArundelPreserve

Cushman & Wakefield, partnering with Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC, has been tapped to lease and market The Office at ArundelPreserve.

The 85,000-square-foot Class A office building, at 7799 Arundel Mills Blvd. in Hanover, will be built within the Town Center at ArundelPreserve. Construction is set to be complete a year from the signed lease date.

“The Office at ArundelPreserve offers a superb location at the center of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor,” Cushman & Wakefield’s Hayes Merkert said in a news release. “Positioned just off of I-295, adjacent to The Hotel at ArundelPreserve and within close proximity to numerous amenities make this an ideal location for a corporate office user.”
