Bethesda-based Inc. has purchased a four-building office/flex portfolio in for $15.75 million.

The buildings, which total 135,000 square feet, are between 9150 and 9180 Rumsey Road and were previously owned by First Potomac Realty. Currently, the buildings are nearly 100 percent leased by “service flex/office” users drawn to the location because of its access to area highways such as Interstate 95 and Route 100, Finimarc said.

“The numerous barriers to entry that exist in the Howard County marketplace, including the absence of new inventory over the past ten years, combined with the historically-low vacancy rates, makes this an extremely strong long-term addition to our portfolio,” Marc F. Solomon, principal of Finmarc Management, said in a news release.

Mark Glagola and Joe Friedman of Transwestern represented the seller in this transaction.
