Tim Smelcer has been named president and CEO of MED Cloud, a medical technology company providing electronic medical record solutions to physician medical practices, ranging from small- to large-group practices of all sizes. MED Cloud has partnered with GE to provide GE Centricity Practice Solution (CPS) in “the cloud” as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to the region that includes Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
